About our Whistleblower Processes

We are committed to the highest standard of conduct and ethical behaviour. Our Code of Conduct guides our employees in their conduct and actions.  Our people have a professional responsibility to speak up and report unethical behaviour, and Guild Insurance Limited is committed to providing a safe environment in which they can do so.

We regularly survey our staff on their confidence in speaking up and the psychological safety of their environment so that any improvements can be identified and actioned.

Guild Insurance Limited adopts the Guild Group Whistleblower Policy. The Policy is available to all staff and outlines how Guild Insurance Limited meets its obligations in relation to Whistleblower protection. This Policy ensures you know how to contact, how to make a report, how the investigation will be managed, and the protections available to you.
